Learn to prepare delicious vegetarian cuisine!
From Einstein to Olympic gold medallist Carl Lewis,
Leonardo da Vinci to Paul McCartney to Maggie Q -
the people who have discovered the beauty of vegetarianism include some of the world’s most outstanding and accomplished.
Albert Einstein: 'nothing will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.'
But You Don’t Have To Be A Genius…
to know that when you eat right, you help yourself
- look and feel younger!
- feel happier
- enjoy more energy and stamina
- and have a stronger immune system
But don’t take our word for it, experience it yourself. Sign up now for our free eNewsletter and get started on your journey to better health!
'The benefits started to show in many ways. I lost 10 kg from 83 kg to 73 kg. I felt lighter, less sluggish. I had more energy for all my daily activities. My blood cholesterol level returned to normal and skin problems I had suffered for years disappeared.' - B.T. (VSS Newsletter subscriber)
We Already Have a Built-In Defence Against Cancer;
It is our immune system. Look after it well and our body helps look after itself.
In Singapore, the biggest killer diseases are cancer, heart disease, and stroke. Statistically, they strike more than one in two persons. That’s not a pretty picture at all.
Thankfully, most of these are preventable. VSS has been dedicated to raising awareness on PREVENTION and promoting solutions to many major problems of our time.
Respect the Earth…
Our forests, oceans, animals and all living things exist in an intricate balance. All of life strives for harmony and happiness - if we want happiness, let’s afford the same to our fellow creatures.
50 billion helpless farm animals are slaughtered every year. We can reduce this needless suffering just by making the right food choices, and in so doing also help to save our planet.
A UN FAO 2006 report: Animal products contribute more to global warming than all land vehicles, ships and airplanes on the planet combined.
'As custodians of the planet, it is our responsibility to deal with all species with kindness, love and compassion. That these animals suffer through human cruelty is beyond understanding. Please help to stop this madness.' - Richard Gere
