Be inspired by the delectable and health-giving cuisine of spa consultant & horticulturist, Nazli Anwari. Learn to prepare these exquisite dishes:
- Gotu Kola Salad
A herb growing in South East Asia, has a long healing tradition in Chinese medicine and reputed as a longevity tonic among Taoist monks.
- Mediterranean Digestive
A powerhouse combination of watercress, coriander and fennel herbs with distinct body benefits that help the process of digestion.
- Drumstick Spicy Dhal Salad
The leaves and seeds of this dish have an anti-biotic effect against bacteria and help in detoxification.
- Celery Medley
A combination of three types of celery to boost the health of the kidneys and urinary tract.
- Humus and caramelized vegetables
An appetizing Middle Eastern salad to excite the palate and promote digestion.
- Rujak
An Indonesian healing salad of fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs.
In addition, learn to make four salad dressings and condiments to store and use with convenience; two Jamu tonics ( Jamu is the Indonesian art of herbal medicine ) to ease gas, flatulence and acid reflux, and a slimming tonic.
