Servings: 2 Raw ingredients: 1/4 cucumber, sliced 1/2 starfruit, slicedYam bean (jicama) and pineapple1 red chili, silt as garnishing Seasoning: 3 TBSP sweet rice vinegar 1/2 cup pure palm sugar syrup 6 bird chili 1 TBSP red chili sauce 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt 1/2 cup pure water 1/2 tsp kelp granules   Method: 1. Arrange raw ingredients on a serving plate. 2. Blend seasoning and pour over salad.
