No.1 Fish 天下第一鱼- 1 pc
Ginger paste 姜末- 1 teas poon
Minced Green Paper青椒碎 – 1 tablespoon
Diced Pineapple 凤梨丁 - 2 tablespoon
Frying Powder油炸粉 – 3 tablespoon
Tomato sauce 茄汁- 3 tablespoon
vinegar 白醋- 2 tablespoon
salt盐 – 0.5 teaspoon
sugar糖 – 1 teaspoon
Add 2 tablespoon of water to the frying powder, mixed to paste
Slice the fish without cutting it completely, cover it with frying powder paste and deep fry it for 3 – 5 minutes. Remove it from the pan and drip dry. Serve on the plate.
Fry the ginger, pineapple dice, minced green pepper.
Add in tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons of water and the seasoning.
You may also add some starch water to thicken the paste.
