You can find quinoa in organic shops. it is more expensive than other grains but still affordable.

There are many organic shops in Singapore. i find the following prices for organic vegetables and fruits comparatively cheaper.

Organic for less

Kampung Senang on Sat (11am - 2pm)

Nature's glory

Fireflies Organic Farm
Lot 75 Lim Chu Kang Lane 2, Singapore 719842

BLISS AND WISDOM SOCIETY
23 Lorong 29 Geylang #04-02 S(388072)
Tel: 6547 1580 Fax: 6547 1581 Email: bws13571025@yahoo.com.tw

You can find a listing of the organic shops in Singapore in Lapis Lazuli Light Quarterly Newletter. The list is grouped by region (east, west, central, north) and indicates whether a shop sells organic vegetables, makan or products.

Wish I knew where to find quinoa in America! I've come across a lot of recipes that call for it, but haven't found a store that sells it anywhere near my neighborhood. :/
