Hi! Out of curiosity I wanted to learn how to make Indian's putu Mayam. Indian food on the whole are generally healthy except the ghee oil(die die must remove and substitute). Anyone good in Indian food here can share this recipe and also how to get the putu maker? Thanks

Well..in India it's a dish from Kerala, and it's called idyappam. You need a maker for this, unless you know how to make your own noodles.
